Working better together: a new collaboration
Multiple initiatives within the European EdTech ecosystem aim to promote the development and meaningful implementation of EdTech to benefit educators and learners. Collaboration is the key to achieving this common vision. EmpowerED has now forged a collaboration with the EdTech Talents project to amplify both projects’ efforts in fostering communication and knowledge exchange within the ecosystem.
EdTech Talents is an EU-funded project, coordinated by Tallinn University, designed to boost cross-sectoral talent circulation and academia-business collaboration. The project aims to make education and technology work together better in Estonia, Hungary, and Serbia. Academic and support staff in these countries will learn from successful EdTech companies in Austria, Germany, and Spain, while researchers from these advanced countries will share their expertise and knowledge with EdTech companies in Estonia, Hungary, and Serbia.
Through hosting targeted events, both EdTech Talents and EmpowerED. aim to create intentional opportunities for knowledge exchange among participants. The efforts are complementary, as EmpowerED operates at the European and country level while EdTech Talents’ initiatives extend from county level to individuals, through events, secondments and training opportunities.
EdTech Talents welcomes our future partners on November 21 in Tallinn for the 3rd International Capacity Building Event. The event will feature speeches from key EdTech stakeholders, including policymakers, school managers, and EdTech developers, as well as capacity-building workshops for university students and a session focused on promoting 'Building Synergies between Horizon Europe EdTech Projects.'
Stay tuned for more information about the upcoming event and learn how you could participate in person or in the hybrid session!
